Our photography services include the capture, editing and delivery of high quality images, tailored to your needs and preferences, for all kinds of events and occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, portraits, etc.
How to hire our services?
To hire our services, you must follow these steps:
- Request a quote or a reservation through our website, email or phone, indicating the type, date, place and duration of the event, and the number of people and photographs desired.
- Receive our confirmation of availability and quotation, with details of the services, price and payment methods.
- Accept the estimate and pay 50% of the total price as a deposit, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the estimate.
- Receive our confirmation of the reservation and the service contract, which must be signed and returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the contract.
- Make the payment of the remaining 50% of the total price as balance, using the same payment method chosen for the advance payment, within a maximum period of 7 days before the date of the event.
- Receive our photographs in digital format, through a download link or USB device, no later than 15 days after the date of the event.
- If you wish, request the printing and shipment of the photographs in physical format, with an additional cost depending on the size, quantity and destination.
What rights and obligations do we have?
By engaging our services, you grant us the right and license to capture, edit and deliver the event photographs in accordance with the accepted budget and contract. You also authorize us to use the photographs of the event for promotional and advertising purposes, such as displaying them on our website, social media or portfolio, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
We undertake to provide our services to you with professionalism, quality and punctuality, respecting your wishes and expectations, and complying with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request or reservation that we deem does not meet our criteria.

You agree to provide us with all the information and means necessary for the proper provision of our services, such as access to the event venue, cooperation of the attendees, compliance with etiquette and protocol, etc. You also agree to respect our copyrights and intellectual property rights over the photographs, and not to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercialize them without our prior written consent.
What guarantees and responsibilities do we have?
We guarantee that the photographs that we deliver to you are original, of our authorship, and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties, such as image rights, privacy, intellectual property rights, etc. In case of any claim or lawsuit by a third party, we are responsible for defending and assuming the costs and damages arising therefrom, provided that you have informed us of the same and have provided us with all the necessary cooperation and documentation.
We are not responsible for delays, failures or defects in the provision of our services that are due to causes beyond our will or control, such as accidents, breakdowns, strikes, conflicts, natural disasters, etc. In the event of any of these circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and seek an alternative solution or an agreement satisfactory to both parties.
How to resolve disputes?
In the event of any dispute between you and us, such as a claim, complaint, refund, cancellation, etc., we will try to resolve it in an amicable and negotiated manner, through dialogue and good faith. If we are unable to reach an agreement, we will submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Santiago de Cuba, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
